Prices and deliverables are subject to change without prior notice, except for Contracts that have been accepted and signed by The Client, the The Client has paid the required deposit and that payment has been received by George Papadopoulos Photography.

For photoshoots outside George Papadopoulos Photography studio, travel expenses will be added to the price of the shoot. These will be a taxi or van ride from Jardine’s Lookout to the shoot location and back. Travel expenses will be estimated prior to the shoot and clearly communicated to the client.

Photos will be shared with The Client in Draft form (meaning in low size and resolution and bearing a watermark), for selection purposes. The Client can select up to the number of photos agreed in the contract. These photos will be processed and delivered in Processed form (meaning at full size and resolution and with color adjustments etc as needed). Additional photos may be purchased at an additional cost, as stated in the contract. Processed photos will be delivered within 5 days of The Client having selected the photos to be processed.

Processed photos are not retouched. Retouching, for example removal of skin marks, face smoothing etc, is available at extra cost, starting at 100 HKD/photo. An estimate will be provided upon request.

Photos may be used for promotional purposes by George Papadopoulos Photography only upon consent being granted by The Client.

All photos remain the copyright of George Papadopoulos Photography.

If The Client would like to change a confirmed booking, alternative dates and times will be offered, subject to George Papadopoulos Photography’s availability.

If George Papadopoulos Photography must cancel the photoshoot due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions making the shoot unsafe or impractical, sudden illness or injury of the photographer or essential personnel, equipment failure, or force majeure events (such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions), George Papadopoulos Photography's liability shall be limited solely to the refund of any payments made by the Client for the cancelled photoshoot. George Papadopoulos Photography shall not be liable for any additional losses, expenses, or consequential damages incurred by the Client as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, wardrobe purchases, or lost profits. George Papadopoulos Photography will make reasonable efforts to provide the Client with as much advance notice as reasonably practicable in the event of such cancellation.

If the Client cancels the photoshoot, any deposit paid shall be retained by George Papadopoulos Photography as liquidated damages to cover administrative costs and lost booking opportunity. George Papadopoulos Photography shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Client as a result of their own cancellation. 

While cancellation may occur, both parties may discuss the possibility of rescheduling the photoshoot at a mutually agreeable date and time, subject to the George Papadopoulos Photography’s availability and a new agreement on any applicable fees or terms. However, George Papadopoulos Photography is under no obligation to reschedule a cancelled photoshoot.
