• Prior to engagement, a Contract will be sent to a prospective client, to be signed and returned to George Papadopoulos Photography.

• A down payment of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm booking.​

​

• Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.

​

• For photo shoots outside George Papadopoulos Photography studio, travel expenses will be added to the price of the shoot. These will be the cost of a taxi ride from Jardine’s Lookout to the photo shoot location and back. For photo shoots where an assistant is required, travel expenses for the assistant will be added as well.  Travel expenses will be estimated prior to the shoot and clearly communicated to the client.

• If the photo shoot has to be postponed due to inclement weather, an alternative date will be offered.

​

• In the event of a cancellation on behalf of George Papadopoulos Photography, a full refund will be offered.

​

• If a client would like to change a confirmed booking, alternative dates and times will be offered, subject to availability.

​

• Non-final photos will be shared with the Client for the purpose of selection of the final photos. These non-final photos would be in low resolution JPG format and would bear a watermark marking them as non-final. Client is kindly asked not to share these non-final photos outside their immediate family, or people in the photos.

​

• Clients are given the option to specify their preferred photo crop aspect (portrait, landscape, square, 3x2, 4x5, 8x10 etc), or leave it to the photographer’s discretion. If, after the photos are processed, the client would like a different crop, a re-processing fee of 70 HKD per photo will apply.

• Final photos will be processed and sent to the client via link. These photos are in high resolution and in JPG format. Clients are advised to make copies and keep them in their own archive.

​

• Additional photos over and above the agreed number in “Deliverables” on the first page of the Contract may be ordered by the client. The cost of processing and delivering such additional photos is 80 HKD per additional photo, or 40 HKD per additional photo if  the Client selects more than 10 additional photos.

• Final photos are retouched so as to remove obvious skin blemishes. Final photos can be completely unretouched upon request.

• More extensive retouching, for example individual hair strand removal, complete removal of all skin marks, detailed face smoothing etc, is available at extra cost, starting at 100 HKD/photo. An estimate will be provided upon request.

• Final photos may be printed and shared for personal use only. For commercial use please contact George Papadopoulos Photography for commercial licensing terms.

​

• Images may be used for promotional purposes by George Papadopoulos Photography upon obtaining consent from Client.
